Please add glandium as an owner on the mozilla/sccache repo

The owner was @luser, but then he left, and I think that moved to @chmanchester, who left too. Then that maybe moved to @froydnj, who left too. I'm a contributor as far as github is concerned, which gives me enough rights to pick up the backlog and do other things, but I think I'll need ownership at some point.

I've just taken a look and Nick Alexander has admin privs through the Firefox Build System team which has only Nick as a member (but he can't maintain it as there's no maintainers). It also has read-only access to mozilla/libdmg-hfsplus.
I propose that I add Mike to the Firefox Build System team and make you both maintainers of the team. That will give you both admin access to the sccache repo. Nick, is that ok with you?

Yes, absolutely -- I didn't realize (remember?) that I had rights to these mozilla/* repos.
While we're here, we should sprinkle ownership more widely: perhaps :glob also should have ownership or other rights?

Thanks, I've just made it so that both Nick and Mike are maintainers on the Firefox Build System team. That already has admin access to sccache.
I'll leave it up to you two to decide if you want to add :glob - now you have maintainer access to the team you can add/remove people as you require (assuming they're already members of the org).
