Steps to reproduce:
On a page with the following HTML
<a href="http://www.a">www.a</a>
left clicking the link to open in the same tab. Opens the link as http://www.a/
however right click and "Open in a new tab", or center clicking to open in new tab. Opens the link as http://www.www.a/
Behavior has been reproduced on Firefox desktop version 83 on Linux and Firefox Android version 84.0.0-beta.4
Actual results:
Right click and "Open in a new tab", or center clicking to open in new tab. Opens the link as http://www.www.a/
