Steps to reproduce:
- Start screen sharing process.
- Close the window/application which we are sharing.
Actual results:
- Started correctly.
- After we close the application, screen sharing process stopes.
Expected results:
- As expected.
- When we close application, screen sharing process still continue.
Video Track stayes enabled. I've tried with recorder, but we still receive the data, even after we close the application.

Hi,
Thanks for opening the bug. Could it be that you <expected results> and <actual results> are switched?
On the other hand, I was unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 Firefox Nightly 86.0a1 (2020-12-18) (64-bit). But maybe you can provide me with a bit more info.
Does this issue occur with a fresh profile? you can find the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Can you please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem and see if the issue still occurs there as well?
If after doing this you can still reproduce the bug, could you send me a screenshot or a video of the bug? That always helps a lot.
Thanks in advance, Flor.

Hi! In this video I show that issue with screen sharing process. It happens in firefox nightly as well. It works different way in chromium browsers. When we close chosen for sharing application, screen sharing process stopes automatically, so could that work for mozilla as well?
Thank you in advance!

Hi,
Thanks for the details. I was able to reproduce the bug on Windows 10 on the latest nightly (86.0a1). I believe that the severity could be S3. I've chosen a component. If you consider that there's another component that's more proper for this case you may change it.
Best regards, Flor.
