To reproduce:
1. Launch mozilla.exe
2. Navigate to the following attachment

Actual result:
Flash movie loaded twice and do not continue playing.

Expected result:
Flash movie would play.
It works on IE5 and Nav4.7 as expected.
Also, if charset is not specified using META, it works on mozilla.

I'm using [1999101908] build on WinNT4 (SP5).

Eli, could you please try this? I do not see any problems here today.
Sure...umm...I'm leaving for Ohio really soon, and can check on Monday.

The bug was caused because the parser engine did not stop promptly on receiving
the STOP error message.. FIXED now.
This appears fixed using 1999111708 Mac OS & Win32 builds. (4.0 r7 Flash plug-in
used on Mac OS, 4.0.7.0 on Win32. I'm seeing a separate crashing bug on Mac OS,
upon pressing the "Back" button while displaying the Flash animation.)

VYV03354@nifty.ne.jp, would you like to double-check and mark it as verified if
it's okay with you?
Hmm...I can't consistently reproduce the side-issue on Mac OS, and I believe it's
actually the Flash plug-in that's crashing, so I'm going to dispense with writing
a separate bug for now.
