Steps to reproduce:

In the account manager, clicked "Manage Identities" and added new one. After clicking OK in the subdialog, that subdialog closed.

Actual results:

The newly added identity didn't show up in the list. The error console said:
document.getElementById(...) is null am-identity-edit.js:83

Expected results:

Newly added identity should show up in the list.

Seems to be related to the OpenPGP implementation, it works with preference mail.openpgp.enable switched to false.

I have an almost finished patch for this.
