Hi paymanz,
Thanks for reporting this issue. Would you mind giving the steps to reproduce the bug (and the expected v.s. actual results)? How do you check the cache doesn't work as expected?

hi , thanks for reply.
open a video site like youtube, play a video , it buffers video for next few minutes of the video while playing. now the media.cache is supposed to affect the buffering behavior of video player right? so when i edit the media.catch entries i expect it have different buffering but it doesnt do so. i put minimum numbers in media cache entries but the video player still buffers long length of video regardless of settings.
