1682956 - "Not responding" everytime, when downloading a file

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to the site https://datahub.io/datahq/1mb-test#resource-1mb-test
2. download .csv file
3. select "save file"
4. specify the save path, if required

Actual results:

after specifying the file download path, the browser freezes and goes to "not responding" , but the file is downloaded as a result

Expected results:

borwser should not freeze

I can't reproduce your issue on my machine. It is properly downloaded and no freeze occurs.

Would you please try to reproduce while in safe mode?
