STR:
Install Firefox Beta 85b03
Install the Media devtools extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/devtools-media-panel/)
Go to youtube play a video.
Press Ctrl-Shift-I to open the tools pane
Select Media-Webrtc
What happens:
it displays "No media"
Expected:
It should display the URL of a video being watched.
For some reasons, on beta this never works. Works okay in release and nightly

Since it works in Nightly now, we should see if it work on the next beta or not. If not, it's better to bump the priority of this bug and invest some time to investigate this issue.
