New Beta 85.0b3

Actual results:

Get constant spinning

i have 2 pc both running 85.0b3 and when i try any website with a video i just get the white spinning circle (not sure what you call it)on the screen. 84.0 works fine. Other browsers are working fine. Even tried creating a new user id to rule out bad user/firefox files.

Are there files /debug files I can send you?

Problem just happened with beta3

Could you write more detailed steps to try to reproduce it? You can follow this guide: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines#Writing_precise_steps_to_reproduce.
Also, could you please try to reproduce it on latest Nightly and tell us your input? You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/.
If this doesn't happen anymore, possible we will close Resolved WFM.
