Steps to reproduce:
- Tools->Options->Web features
- Click Allowed sites button beside the Bloked Popup windows option
- Remove a listed site
Actual results:
the list of the allowed site is not running properly

Hello Vinayak,
I tried reproducing this issue on the latest versions of Firefox Nightly 86.0a1 (2020-12-27), beta 85.0b4 and release 84.0.1 but after removing said site from the allowed section the pop-up blocking returns to default.
Can you test the issue while in Safe Mode? You can find helpful info here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode .
