In order to avoid regression of the non-unified build we rely on the review-bot and it's clang-tidy static-analysis. In most cases this is fine but we need something hat is way more secure and not prone to infra failure.
For this we will have a task that is triggered on the merger of autoland -> central and it will run an analysis on the entire tree.
