User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:85.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/85.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click "Reply" to an existing email (or create a new email).
  2. Click "Attach".
  3. Select a file from a folder containing "@". For example: C:\Data\BG bill@outlook.com\file.dat
  4. Click "Send" button. The "Sending message" window appears and disappears.

Worked fine before 85.0b1 (64-bit).

Should be regression from bug 1211292.
