Steps to reproduce:
- Click "Reply" to an existing email (or create a new email).
- Click "Attach".
- Select a file from a folder containing "@". For example: C:\Data\BG bill@outlook.com\file.dat
- Click "Send" button. The "Sending message" window appears and disappears.
Worked fine before 85.0b1 (64-bit).
