Steps to reproduce

1. Open Web Console (Ctrl+Shift+K).
2. Click on the Console Settings button and disable the [Instant Evaluation] option.
3. Input the following expression 1+1 in the Console. - the result is not shown which is expected.
4. Click again on the Console Settings button and enable the [Instant Evaluation] option.

Expected result

• The instant evaluation is shown.

Actual result

• The instant evaluation is not shown.

Regression range

• I will try to find the regression as soon as possible.

Additional notes

• If you input the expression 1+1 before toggling the [Instant Evaluation] option, everything works as expected.

I could find a regression range, because it seems like the bug is intermittent. But I am sure that this is not a regression, because I could reproduce the issue on older builds from February 2020. Before that date the Instant evaluation option was not displayed.
I did notice three things:

1. This issue reproduces on every web page you open.
2. But it only happens once. If the options is disabled and anabled again, the Instant evaluation is displayed.
3. If the web console is closed and opened again and the steps are repeted, then the issue is reproduced again.
