Details

If I type a search term in the little window in the tool bar near the top
and forget to use down-arrow to select my search engine (google), then
the search term is interpreted as a web address, usually a non-existent
one. That's correct, but now I want to use the same text as a search
term, so I clidk in the little window, use down-arrow twice to select
and highlight the search, but now instead of searching, it *still*
interprets the text as a web address. The only fix is to edit
the text slightly and try again.
