Some (most? all?) pages on the web site of the National Psoriasis Foundation don't show anything painted as soon as one starts scrolling on desktop. This is true (at least) in 86.0a1 Nightly, 85 Beta, and 84 Release on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 on a Macbook Pro. It doesn't happen in Chrome or Safari.

This issue effectively forces anyone who has psoriasis (2-3% of the total world population) and uses this site to open a non-Firefox browser to use it.

Also broken but in a different way with e10s disabled, which is interesting because that disable apz. It's been broken a very long time.

The problem only seems to happen when the modal dialog is open.

In that state, we lay out the page with a scrollbar, which allows Firefox to scroll down. Safari and Chrome do not lay out with a scrollbar, and scrolling in those browsers does not happen. I think that might be why we have the difference.

Component: Web Painting → Layout: Scrolling and Overflow

Setting S3 since it's not a new issue.

This is a WebCompat P3, but ni? myself to figure out why there is a scrollbar in Firefox but not in Chrome.
