Details

I have a meeting every month which occurs the 2nd Wednsday of every month.  It
would be handy if I could set up recuruances for this; as for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd,
and 4th  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc.

Also, it would be useful to enter an end-date for an event ie, 9am-4pm for the
10-13th September.

Sign up for a calendar at www.calendars.net and check out their options for
seting up events, duration events and periodic events.
One issue per bug please.
The recurrence stuff is logged as bug 168320.
The multiple events is logged as bug 133331 (marking as duplicate of that one)
