168444 - Clicking on dropdown select menu redraws whole page

When opening domen zone select menu in the bottom right box - black stripes will
appear in different parts of the page. Seems like Mozilla is redrawing whole
page(why???).Redraw itself is very slow. 
Try to click on select menu 4-6 times in a row and CPU usage will jump upto 100%
for about 6-7 seconds.

Steps to reproduce
1.Go to URL (http://www.net.ee)
2.Click on domen zone dropdown select menu ( bottom box in the right column ) 
3.Continue opening and closing dropdown - you will see black stripes in
different parts of window. Also CPU usage can grow upto 100%.


PC : HP omnibook 600, PIII-850, 256 MB

No problems at all with Opera 6 and IE 5.5 on this page.
Redraw is a bit slow but much faster than Mozilla. You can open and close
dropdown as fast as you can - there will be no slowdown.

WFM on my Home PC using build 2002091108.
Resolving as WORKSFORME. 
I'll retest it later with my work laptom again.
