Remove menu items that no longer work following:
- Bug 777925 - Remove HTML editor logging support
- Bug 1413013 - nsITransactionList looks unused
- Bug 1264876 - Remove stripCites() from nsIEditorMailSupport
EditorInitPagePlain.html is no longer used and doesn't do what it says it does anyway.
Use NewEditorWindow for opening Composer windows from Debug/QA menus
Remove popuptest.com as site is no longer there
Added link to show configuration editor
