Steps to reproduce:

Duplicate secure website tab or close and reopen it

Actual results:

For very short time, I saw crossed out padlock with "not secure" text (I have text enabled), then it disappeared

Expected results:

Default padlock was expected to appear

I have attempted to reproduce your issue with no success using these steps:

1. Open a random secure website.
2. Open the same secure website in another tab.
   Bad behavior: The padlock appears as crossed-out for a short time.
   Good behavior: padlock appears directly as NOT crossed-out.

Please help us investigate the issue:

1. What do you mean by "I have text enabled"?
2. Which sites did you use to reproduce the issue?
3. Does it reproduce with any or most secure sites?
4. Did you reproduce it on Firefox Release ESR v78 on Linux? Which Linux?
5. It would be of great help if you would record your screen while reproducing the issue so the developers see exactly what you mean.
