Mozilla sizes the cells bad (see header row on http://alik.d2.cz). But if I set 
the border of the table to 1, it seems to be all right (see the same row on 
http://alik.d2.cz/?useBorder=1).

Note: If it is my code bug, please write me, what is wrong and how to fix it.

Confirming bug, 2002-09-13-10 trunk Linux

For the testcase: try SHIFT-Reload, Reload, SHIFT-Reload ...
 - the missing image appears on each Reload.

bug 156629 also have one testcase which gives different show using reload and
shift-reload.

REOPEN, I don't believe this is a duplicate of bug 156629.
This bug is about a cell getting zero width even though it contains an image
with width=100%. Bug 156629 does not explain the different results shown in the
testcase when border/cellpadding values are slightly different.
