Relevant specs: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/imagebitmap-and-animations.html#cropped-to-the-source-rectangle-with-formattingRewrote the previous test in a reusable form and adds three new tests. Chrome currently fails a single of these tests. Firefox passes them all.
