I intend to change https://github.com/MozillaSecurity/prefpicker/blob/master/prefpicker/templates/browser-fuzzing.yml to no longer set media.getusermedia.browser.enabled to true because development of tab sharing is currently stalled.

This bug is to ensure that pref is restored if/when development resumes.
