Steps to reproduce:

This occurs on all TB open windows. Using default Mozilla Dark Theme.
Launching TB Open Mail the main window appears with the dark theme in place, however when clicking on any functional tool with a sub-menu the menu opens with a white background and black text.
TB Calendar (Lightening) opens with dark theme, however we cannot print a scheduled event.

Actual results:

Click an open window in TB with dark theme, select any mail function showing a sub-menu. The sub-menu appears, but with white background and black text.

When opening and using calendar it is very handy to include useful notes like phone number and physical address to an appointment. We should have an option to print the event. In order to print an event we have to use something like Snagit to copy the event window and print the copy.

Expected results:

Using the default dark theme all menu items and sub-menu items should have the same background color (white), and foreground color (black).

TB Calendar should have a "Print" button to print from the default printer. Print white background with black text (to sace tons of expensive black ink).
