Actual results:
Video works fine, audio works for a little while, then cuts in and out, usually in long, random intervals and makes weird sounds when doing so. Oddly enough only happens on certain DRM content and not all (although all the same DRM content I tested in Firefox, I also tested in a Chromium based browser, Microsoft Edge, and it worked perfectly).
Expected results:
The audio shouldn't cut out at all.

I didn't mean to include the line (works in chromium browsers but not in Firefox stable or stock nightly), clicking play does work and video works, but simply the audio doesn't work properly as described.

I'm able to reproduce that on my dell XP15 Windows 10, and the weird thing is that, both video and audio would be cut off while playing that on other platforms (MacOS/Ubuntu). Bryce, would you mind to take a look first to see if this is a DRM related issue?

I forgot to specify the screenshot at the top of the report; this is the error message I get when running console during the audio cutouts: "Cannot play media. No decoders for requested formats: .........."
Does this issue take place on all DRM streams? Does it take place if you try the media here https://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/#audiolang=en-US;textlang=en-US;uilang=en-US;asset=https://storage.googleapis.com/shaka-demo-assets/angel-one-widevine/dash.mpd;panel=ALL_CONTENT;panelData=drm:WIDEVINE;build=uncompiled -- you may need to click play on the player at the top of the page to start the video. I see issues with the page in comment 0, but not in other DRM content.
For devs:
I noticed audio issues where the audio will cut out, and may sometimes return later only to cut out again. The cut outs can be accompanied by loud and unpleasant clipping sounding distortions. It's not clear to me if the issue is DRM specific or if there's something wrong with the audio stream -- either the mux or the samples themselves. It's possible that our differences in platform decoders are what leads to the differences between platforms and Firefox and Chrome (we decrypt audio in the CDM, but then decode in a normal decoder).

Here we see a lot of overlapping times which seems unusual. Note that since the page embeds a lot of videos, it's hard to be sure which sink belongs to which, but based on the timestamps + some debugged by pruning other videos, I think that the above are the correct logs. That said, all audio in the page seems to suffer from these sorts of overlapping timestamps.

Yes you seem to be correct. I tried 3 of the videos including the one you linked on the url you provided and video and audio worked perfectly on all three except for the original of course.

I can see this issue reproduce (with https://sports24.club/tv/v?id=cnn) on Windows 10 with the last versions of the four channels so I am confirming it.
While performing a regression investigation I have observed that it also reproduces on Nightly v80.0a1 and v70.0a1, but Nightly v60.0a1 would not play the video at all, so it could be a regression, but certainly not a recent one.
Apparently, this video would barely play for 2 seconds on the latest versions of the 4 channels on Mac OS 11.1 or Ubuntu 20, so it remains unknown whether these builds are affected or not.
