Steps to reproduce:

Tried to hard reload a CSS file located on http://localhost without success. When viewing the CSS file in a new private window, the file shows the latest version, as expected. Using Firefox on Fedora Linux 5.9.11-100.fc32.x86_64. Tried CTRL+F5 and CTRL+SHIFT+R.

Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
