Place the mouse over the tab.
What tab? How to get some tab called "Experiments" somehow somewhere? Please provide complete and full steps to reproduce - thanks!

The screenshot I captured from Google Chrome and stood for the behavior that occurs when you hover over a tab.
What tab? Any tab.
How to get some tab called "Experiments" somehow somewhere? The "Experiments" tab is just an example.
Please provide complete and full steps to reproduce.
- Open Firefox.
- Type in the address bar any URL. For example, https://duckduckgo.com/.
- When hovering over a tab, a tooltip containing tab name to be visible.
Please look at the screenshots to see the difference.

Hi, how is it relevant if it's a "tooltip" or if it's a "popup"?
Do you basically request "show tab title and its URL", while currently it only shows the tab title? It's unclear to me what's requested here...

Hi, basically, I intend to replace the tooltip with a popup. It is nicer to see, and it is useful when you have many tabs open and want to see what the pages are about, without clicking on them, keeping the page you're working on in the foreground.
Apple Safari and all Chromium-based browsers have already implemented this feature.
Please check out the links below to get a little clearer idea:

It is similar. The approach that Apple has adopted, I think, is better.
