when i click on the bookmark star all the screen gets brighter

Hi,
I cannot reproduce this issue, this is most likely not a browser issue though.
Could you make a screen recording of the issue happening and attach it below?
Your screen might have "adaptive brightness" ON which changes the brightness of the screen depending on how much white/black is shown at that moment.

most of the times is when i play a video. i think its related with video and grafic video
it happens on other aplications. its not the adaptive screen i think because it happens on built in screen of laptop and also on tv. it only resets to normal if i suspend pc or restart
