16860 - Problems with Display, Properties and Delete

The last version to work is 4.08 (currently used).
All versions greater 4.08, even 4.7 show the following problems:

Names dissappear, especially when <Preferences/Directory/Show full names as>
is set to (Last Name),(First Name)

You cannot edit some entries, the properties window will not appear
and you cannot delete such entries

These problems exist even if you dont't import the adressbook and enter
the addresses manually.
This issud is platform-specific, as the import of my 4.08 AddressBook into
Navigator 4.61 on SuSe Linux6.2 causes no problems.

Is this a bug with Netscape 4.x only?  If so it should not be assigned to me.

This is a bug with Netscape 4.5, 4.6, 4.61, 4.7 on HP-UX.
Netscape 4.08 and previous versions had no problems.
