Steps to reproduce:
Host a Jitsi meeting.
Connect Participant A via firefox.
Connect Participant B via Jitsi Dial in connection.
Actual results:
A cannot hear B but can see them
Expected results:
A should have been able to hear B

I have attempted reproducing your issue by connecting with and android and iphone with both the Jitsi Meet app and the mobile browsers to a Linux hosted meeting with other participants. I wasn't able to reproduce your issue.
I suspect there may be a need to allow the use of the microphone on the "B" phone. Mic use may be blocked.
I will try and determine what the issue is and, more importantly, asses whether this is a valid issue or not.
Answer some questions for us:
- Does it still reproduce?
- What kind of phone is it?
- How are you connecting to the meeting? By the native app or through the browser? Which browser?
- Make sure the microphone is shared and in use before trying again. Let us know the result.
