Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:84.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/84.0

Steps to reproduce:

Opening /closing tabs & windows in normal operation.

Win 10 1909, but this has been a problem for months
Intel i5 4760m 8GB Ram

Actual results:

Computer slows to a crawl.
Task manager shows excessive # of Firefox App iterations.
With only 5 open tabs, Task Manager Apps shows Firefox (12). One will be using excessive CPU time.
Killing FF, then reopening (the 5 tabs repopulate), FF shows Firefox (5). Opening a new tab for Bugzilla, it shows (7, then 8).
Closing a random tab did not change the count.

Expected results:

Closing tabs should close = # of process?
CPU should not get bogged down.

Is there a way to identify which tab an iteration is/was using?
