+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1135309 +++
The previous fix removed the From - line in mbox to maildir conversion, but when new maildir file is created, the From - line is still there.
In D101710, Magnus said
I think adding that (From -) line or not should be a concern of the storage provider, not for this code (MessageSend.jsm or nsMsgSend.cpp).

This came up in Bug 1702692. nsMsgDBFolder::GetOfflineFileStream() is assuming the email is from mbox and has a "From " line.
