The location field in the toolbar should have less margin space included at the
top and bottom, so that when "Use Small Icons" is selected in OS10.2 the toolbar
will be thinner.

Is "Use Small Icons" a system-level setting? When you enable it, do Chimera's
toolbar icons automatically shrink in size? Can you attach a screenshot showing
this and the excess URL Bar margin?

Here's a few screenshots illustrating the two icon only modes (Small and
Standard/Large) in Chimera and Preview.

In Chimera, selecting the Use Small Icons preference makes the icons smaller
but the location field stays at 20 px height, and the toolbar doesn't change
size.

In Preview, the Jump To Page text field drops from 22 px height to 19 px height
when Use Small Icons is chosen. The toolbar's height reduces 8 px total. Also,
the text field's point size changes from the system font to the small system
font.

I hunted this down and fixed it this morning:

In BrowserWindowController.mm, line 696...

reads:     [toolbarItem setMinSize:NSMakeSize(128,32)];
should be: [toolbarItem setMinSize:NSMakeSize(128,20)];

Works as desired after the change.
