1686997 - Add test ensuring locked (temporary) profile exits background task with non-zero exit code

We intend to have background tasks use unique temporary profiles, but there's always a chance that a conflict will occur. Let's add a test to ensure that this scenario is handled and that the background task exits with a non-zero exit code.
