ui changing addons look buggy if a tab is inactive for long time

Steps to reproduce:

If open multiple tabs (min "2") and let one inactive for some time and switch to it with a addon that changes the ui massively (like for example dark reader) then it looks buggy.

Actual results:

It looks very buggy.

Expected results:

That it looks like normal.

I did a dark reader bug report about that,but the dev said that it's a firefox performance saving problem,but it doesn't work right.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
