Steps to reproduce:

I created a new tab page in Firefox Developer on Windows and while on that tab, the taskbar title read "Firefox Developer Edition". I then forced the program to end using the Task Manager. When I opened it again, I restored the session.

Actual results:

When I browse to the new tab page, the window's title says "New Tab – Firefox Developer Edition". When I close the tab and make a new one, or if I browse to another page and select back, the title returns to simply "Firefox Developer Edition".

Expected results:

The title should have been "Firefox Developer Edition" as it was before the session restore.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
