Opened Thunderbird and e mails not there.

Expected missing e mails to be listed

All e mails were listed that I had not finished with yet, thru 1/15/21. I closed Thunderbird and worked on other programs for about 4 hours. I then went to Thunderbird. I clicked on it to open Thunderbird and all the e mails from 10/12/20 to 1/15/21 were missing. No error codes, nothing. They were just missing. I searched everywhere in Thunderbird, Microsoft, & Reagan. No results, they were just missing everywhere.

This is not the Help Forum and it would be helpful to know the link to the question your created in the Thunderbird Support Forum as per advised.
Basic info: Check you do not have a filter running which is hidding emails eg: 'Show only unread emails' or a 'View' > 'Threads' settings that does not display all or you have another program that can download or delete emails off server eg: outlook running the background or perhaps a phone accessing emails where emails were deleted then you need to reinstall from a backup and stop Anti-Virus from scanning Thunderbird profile files and folders.
