1687114 - button to filter by test manifest should verify folder depth by comparing shortened path to test manifests

Bug 1666195 added a button to filter the shown tasks and only have tasks shown which also include the test manifest which contains the failing test. The information is already available and downloaded when a task gets selected. (It gets requested again if the user switches to the 'Test Groups' tab.)

Currently the used folder path can be too deep if the test manifest is not the folder with the failing test but an ancestor.
