We've block *.amazon-adsystem.com in TP which causes this breakage.

The issue is still reproducible.
Tested with:
Browser / Version:Firefox Nightly 87.0a1 (2021-02-18) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

They seem to be making requests of the form https://ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?_encoding=UTF8&Format=_SX522_&ID=AsinImage&MarketPlace=US&ServiceVersion=20070822&WS=1&ASIN=B07BCC8PK7, which redirect to the final image. We might be able to intercept these requests to know where to put placeholder images on the page, or to allow the user to opt into seeing all Amazon-served ones at once, but this might be tricky as some of the images are linked more directly like the Prime logo https://wms-na.amazon-adsystem.com/panda/20070822/US/img/prime.png.
