Preconditions:
ETP Strict enabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to http://outthere.keenspot.com/
2. Scroll down the page to the “Section” drop-down menu.

Expected results:
Facebook comments are displayed.

Actual results:
Facebook comments are not displayed.

Notes:
Not reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD.

We've blocked facebook.net, facebook.com, and fbcdn.net for social tracking protection and TP when strict mode is on. This causes this breakage.

The issue is still reproducible.

Tested with:

Browser / Version:Firefox Nightly 87.0a1 (2021-02-17) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

I've reproduce this issue using an affected Nightly build (2021-01-19), with STR from comment 0, running Win 11. The issue is still repo on latest Nightly 140.0a1 under Win 11.
