An killfile list entry box in bugzilla user preferences for the email addresses
of undesirables. Comment numbers should be the same for those with killfiles of
course.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Read asinine comment.
2. Go to user prefs to killfile user.

Actual Results:
Can't killfile user. Hit any user to continue.

Expected Results:

This is probably DUPLICATE of bug 11054.
This would be great so 99% of users can block the spam bot a.k.a TinderboxPushlog Robot
I would like to second the reason noted in comment #4: as an interested user I follow various bugzilla components and several developers, however comments from e.g. TinderboxPushlog Robot add a lot of noise to my inbox.

Something else I'd like to somehow disable are RESOLVED FIXED -> VERIFIED FIXED comments made by QA contacts, which this could also somewhat cover.
Couldn't people just set up an email filter in their client to filter based on the X-Bugzilla-Who: header that is added to every Bugzilla change notification?
