1688290 - `Sandbox: seccomp sandbox violation` while skipping Ad on Youtube

I encoutnered this sandbox error when skipping Ad on Youtube.

I use Unbuntu 20.04, and this issue happened ONLY when I enable a specific log module AND skip Ad on Youtube.

I encoutered this issue on my own-build, which is based on the changeset 171064b937f6 on Jan 20, and I have ac_add_options --enable-debug in my config.

STR.

1. run firefox with MOZ_LOG=PlatformDecoderModule:5
2. go to Youtube
3. start watching any arbitrary video
4. if video has Ad, then press skip Ad. Otherwise, go back to step3

Expected.
5. skip Ad, and video starts playing

Actual.
5. skip Ad, and video keeps loading and show the Sandbox error on my terminal.
