1688738 - Link in plain text message opens two times in browser

With today Daily (20210125) when clicking on a link in a plain text message it is opened two times.

Checked that it isn't a Nightly issue I've set Edge as default browser and it also opened the links twice.

Tested on Linux and Windows.
