Similar to bug 1683419, we need to fork the strings in the Web Developer menu so that we can use sentence casing for them in the AppMenu in English locales.

Having conferred with our content designers, most of the tools listed under Web Developer are often treated as proper nouns. This is true outside of Mozilla (for example, in documentation or blog posts for web developers). We're going to keep most of them with their proper noun form.

We are going to change "Get More Tools" to "Extensions for developers" (with sentence casing in the app / developer menu, title casing in the menubar). Still trying to sort out the details on some of the other items.

:mconley, did you ever get those details about the other menu items? It looks like "Extensions for developers" did get changed, so the only ones left I see that could arguably not be proper nouns (they also arguably could be) would be "Page Source" and "Remote Debugging".

Turns out the decision was that those two items and everything else in the menu are considered names of specific tools, and so need to be capitalized (in English) as proper nouns. That means there's nothing left to do here! \o/

We've verified this issue on latest Nightly 93.0a1 under macOS 11, Win 10 x64 and Ubuntu 21.04 x64. We can confirm that the "Get More Tools" string is changed to "Extensions for developers, in App menu, and Dev tools menu.
