Now that Socorro is part of the Data Org, I want to start unifying Socorro and Telemetry. The two differ in a bunch of different ways:

  1. weird discrepancies between the two data sets
  2. different ingestion architectures
  3. different rules for handling incoming data and processed data

This bug is a massive tracker bug covering unifying the two systems.
