The daily Summary of deleted Performance Signatures email uses a bad representation for table values in the Repository & Platform columns.
e.g.
instead of "mozilla-central" (good), we get "mozilla-central development" (bad)
instead of "try" (good), we get "try development" (bad)
instead of "android-hw-g5-7-0-arm7-api-16" (good), we get "- android-hw-g5-7-0-arm7-api-16 -" (bad)
Let's ensure we get the good representation for these fields.
