Fission tp6 visual metrics are slower than non-Fission on some sites.

Clearly slower (5-8% on Linux) on:

  • Yandexl
  • Microsoft
  • Netflix
  • Reddit
  • Tumblr

Slightly slower (3-5%) on:

  • Yahoo Mail
  • Gmail
  • Apple
  • Facebook
  • EBay
  • IMDB
  • Paypal

Mac visual metrics are worse; and some are as much as 40% slower currently (Yahoo Mail). Windows visual metrics aren't available yet.
