Steps to reproduce:

Open Firefox x64 82-latest.
Do anything in GUI - open new tab, use menu etc.

System info:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Home
OS Version: 10.0.19041 N/A Build 19041
System Type: x64-based PC
Total Physical Memory: 32 683 MB
Processor(s): Ryzen 3700X
GPU: Radeon RX 5700
Radeon software 20.12.1

Actual results:

Firefox GUI is freezing and proces managing GUI is consuming massive amount of memory. See video.

When I install new version of Czech language pack (86.0buildid20210126185730) it starts freezing again.

Ugh, that's not what I expected :-|

I can't reproduce with 86.0b2 (20210126185730) and cs langpack 86.0buildid20210126185730

But I realized you're installing Czech on top of a Czech build, which is causing the problem. I'm curious, why are you doing that?

Well, it wasn't an intention, I've migrated my FF profile from Windows to Linux and back to Windows and I just didn't care about installed language pack. I think on Linux it was required for GUI localization.
