Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect an external monitor via HDMI cable
  2. Keep the MacBook screen as primary and the external monitor as secondary
  3. Open Firefox in the primary monitor
  4. Open two tabs, one with https://duckduckgo.com/ and the other with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqWq8jIVv20
  5. Move the tab with the YouTube video to the secondary monitor
  6. Run full screen video

Actual results:

In the primary monitor, the one on the MacBook, you can no longer see the Dock or the menu bar.

Expected results:

In the primary monitor, the one of the MacBook, you must see the Dock and the menu bar.
