Steps to reproduce:

Opened App

Actual results:

App opens with a "Get started" page which takes me the sign in page. Everytime.

Expected results:

The app should open so that I can turn it on. Having tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success I looked at cancelling the subscription. The app has to open to be able to cancel. So I'm stuck.

Does the authentication complete? Could it be that you have a firewall, or anything that blocks the app to contact the VPN server?
I suggest contacting the VPN Mozilla support team.
