After high-light an attachment, click the scrollbar, then the high-light will be disappear

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Mail, get an email that has more than 3 attachments, select any attachment
(high-light it) and then click scrollbar.
Actual Results:
The high-lighted attachment will not be high-lighted, this confuse user that
which one they just saved or processed...

Expected Results:
Expected: the scrollbar should not disable the high-light.
